A matter of interest

It’s been quite of an year for Net Neutrality.
Professor Tim Wu was the first to define it as «the principle that Internet service providers and governments should treat all data on the Internet equally». The ongoing discussion in the US involved thousands of people on the Internet (including politicians, media, activists, Content Providers’ CEOs and Internet Service Providers’ CEOs) expressing their own different positions. The online and offline discussion included very strong topics (such as the defense of the Open Internet or the fear of the two speed Internet) but the actual cornerstone, which is strictly connected to economical issue, was always pushed in the background during the debate.
